DAY OF APPOINTMENT

Please arrive to your appointment with a clean, make-up free face. If you arrive with dirty lashes, it may affect your retention and will waive any complimentary touch ups. If you are late, your appointment time will not be extended and you will still be responsible for the full service price. Please refrain from the following before your appointment: spray tans, caffeine, wet hair. To provide you with better quality service, minimize talking, silence your phone, and relax.

CANCELLATIONS + NO SHOWS

We require a 24 hour notice otherwise there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of your service. No call, no shows will be charged 100% of the service and must prepay any future appointments.

REFUNDS

Due to the nature of the service, there will be no refunds. You are paying for the artist’s time and products both of which can not be returned. If you are unhappy, please contact us within 72 hours so we can work something out!
